核釋「菸酒管理法」第32條第5項有關進口酒之容器或其外包裝之標示有使人誤信原產地之情事相關規定，自115年1月1日生效
MINISTRY OF FINANCE Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Paragraph 5 of Article 32 of "The Tobacco and Alcohol Administration Act", which stipulates relevant rules regarding the labeling on the container or the external packaging or brochures of imported alcohol products containing false or misleading information of place of origin (interpretive rule shall become effective from 1st, January 2026)
