MINISTRY OF FINANCE Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Subparagraph 4 of Article 37 of "The Tobacco and Alcohol Administration Act", which stipulates relevant rules regarding the advertisements or promotional content of imported alcohol products containing false or misleading information of place of origin (interpretive rule shall become effective from 1st, January 2026)
